Hikamiyya Arts & Science College is managed by a registered charitable society established for the all-round development of the society in general, Muslim and other marginalised communities in particular.KEMS, Hikamiyya Orphanage High School, Hikamiyya Dava College, Sheree’ath College,  Hikamiyya Computer Centre,  Hikamiyya Orphanage for girls and boys are some  of the prestigious  institutions under the  same anagement.  The Arts and Science college is governed by a 15 member managing committee.
